Summer Appointments

As the school year comes to an end, transportation through Rockford Public Schools is no longer available during the summer months. Parents and guardians will need to bring students to their appointments at 205 DDS, but summer appointments are available and encouraged so children can continue receiving the dental care they need before returning to school in the fall. If your student needs restorative dental care this summer, please fill out the form to schedule an appointment.
